It also had a patent infringement action under par IV for a '314 patent instituted by Astra zeneca for its Crestor alongwith Sun, Sri Aurobindo and nine others Last year's sales in generics grew 20% ( 16% in the USA) to $270 mln out of a annual sales of $640 mln.
